Hi Jon, Yes you can! There is the double eyelet on the lat pull down bar to connect to both the functional trainer cables for a seated Lat pull down :)

I’m 5.8 ft. and I recommend you to perform it on the floor because cable machine doesn’t high enough to feel your range motion if you performed lat pulldown on the bench anyway I still love this machine.

Hi James the FT2 is a great machine, hence why we also stock it! :) The Ultra-Max X305 has a 120kg weight stack with the added bonus of a Free Weight Rack which some prefer to just a smith/functional trainer plus at the moment it comes with a Free 100kg olympic package included.

Please not the fact the FT2 is not very good for squatting. I have it for over a year. great trainer but misses on several fronts for the more pro athlete

Well I have to disagree with you on that, the FT2 is listed at minimum 4200, they both have cable and Smith and both can do the same amount of movements, however, on the FT2 you can not do dips and on Smith you must start at a negative to begin your press movements. Both are quality built machines.
