It's a nice effect if you do it right! I found embossing paste to be very messy and seldom produced the clean results I wanted. Finally just tossed it out. Hope others have better luck. Video makes it looks so simple....

Beautiful card, I have several brass stencils, but none this large is it still available you think since this video is 5 years old? Anyway, sorry I am such a new crafter and have yet to actually do a card. Can you say why you used the black paste, and once you are done with this, does it have to be sealed to keep the mica powder from rubbing off? Thank You so much!!! Awesome video!

Immediately wash your stencil by laying it flat in the sink and using a dish brush to get the glue or paste off while running water over it. Then pat dry the stencil with a paper towel or dishcloth. Do not bend or try to hold the stencil. Keep it flat when washing and drying! :-)
