Nicole Shea , happy that you were inspired to try modeling with beeswax, but I would not recommend it for a 1.5 year old. They don’t yet have the fine motor skills to work the wax, which is much firmer than play doh. I would save it until he is older, or enjoy working with it yourself! Generally, I’d recommend it for ages 4 and up, but some 3-year-olds will be able to handle it.

Ok as a kid everything was tactile for me, I use to get very upset as a kid about Elmer's glue on my hands or the feeling and smell of plastercine it's such a little thing but when I was really young it would upset me a lot, maybe I was a weird kid, but seriously this seems like a better alternative

My understanding is this has soy in it. Soy is such a common allergen. Do you know of any without soy or soy based vegetable glycerine? Thank you!
