My question is this: Does W.O.D. Galuf's Dual Wield Attacker(ATK)'s Chain Limit boost of 200% still activate when he is NOT Dual Wielding? I ask because I have noticed that a lot of abilities that have multiple effects have effects that will activate independently of each other while being effects of the same ability

Poor galuf may have became the hottest male character in the game but unfortunately gumi took a once great tank and made him into a poor attack unit without improving his tanking skills

The worst part about this is the nv tanks kits are so bad, I almost never use them.... Just daisy and win! Galuf is meh... second form is trash.
