I'm very confused because I don't even see the "Start a meeting" button, or "Schedule a meeting" button. Like there's nothing there, only "Join a meeting" is there. Heck even my team and calendar icons are different, has there been an update in the past month ? On my account webpage I don't even see a personal room link (it's blank). I don't even have an option to delete my account ! I just know i've been invited to make an account from someone else. Is that why ?

You will need to sign up for webex account and download the latest version of the app frm www.webex.com/downloads.html. Do you need help in setting it up ?

@@mehtasdeepak I did, but I think I figured it out. My account was made as part of an organization, so that's why (it's for my school actually). I think I just need to see with them to get the proper permissions set :)

@@Kao108 yes , you might need PMR licenses to be assgined to your profile. Calender details gets pulled in only if your school has hybrid calender set up at the backend. Glad you figured it , i am here to help in any way

Yes, you can live captions now just need to be on latest version

@@Jessica_JMo so in the recent version it is available to all users , meaning it doesnt depend upon host turning it on. In previous versions it was part of webex assistant and could only be turned on by host. If you arent seeing it within your org then you can ask cisco for assistance.

Remote control is only available if you are in teams call or meetings. You might not be able to do it if you are just sharing on a chat session

You cannot delete a team or space you can only archive it .

Your interviewer will send you the link to join , so you just need to click on that . No need to set up your own webex.
