Hello ma'am. Can you please tell me the difference between bleaching your hair and then using blonder to lighten hair. I actually want to dye pink. I was thinking of bleaching then dyeing pink but someone suggested i should use blonder instead as it's less damaging. So can i use a blonder then dye pink?
