Hi. Can you please help me to figure out if there is something wrong in my lhb802 . Every time i set it to p2+ultra clean hot it skips the given time. Example: p2+hot 1:30mins. When the timer falls into 60 mins it will skip and turn into 25-30 mins. Is it normal? Thank you😊

Hi, all 4 sides of the washing machine should be in contact with a solid floor. Check the front, back and sides if they are on the same level and not slanted. You'll know when it's unbalanced if it heavily shakes or rocks during the spin cycle.

I can answer as I have the same washing machine. I’ve tried both pero pag liquid may nahuhulog sa clothes and sa gilid nung basket. Though di naman lahat. Kaya I prefer powder para di messy

@@loveithere4704 hello thanks for the reply. We bought this last week and okay nga siya. I like the heater feature. Cons lang is young detergent sakin eh nag aalarm pag di puno? Sabi ng sa appliance center ok lang naman daw powder so powder muna gamit ko. I saw that you used liquid detergent, sayo po ba nag aalarm din? Wala din siyang lagayan ng fab con but okay lang naman walang fabcon since heated naman lagi ang laba. I think matipid din sa kuryente. one cycle ko is nasa 1.5kwH ang dagdag and sa water naman 0.2 cubic meter.

@@Crissison24 Yes, matipid sa electricity and water. About sa alarm, baka masyado mabilis mo nai-close yung lid after maglagay ng detergent. Approx 8-10secs nkaopen pra marecognize ng system na nkpaglagay ng detergent. Pero pag nag alarm pa din, iopen mo lang ulit ung lid then close para mawala yung alarm.

Based on the timer lang po, kapag nasa 8 na, 2nd rinse na po yun.

Using mine for 4 months pa Lang, then suddenly not dry spinning na po. Motor is fine it’s working pag tinanggal yung belt , spinner or driver once spin dry function na it’s not spinning like before , upon checking parang after na open yung drain na lock yung spinner / driver and motor can’t spin the driver (with belt) . but motor is fine rotating (no belt). How to fix po? Thanks

Hi, mas okay po ipacheck po ito sa service center or reach out to merchant. Pasok pa ito sa warranty, they have 1 year warranty po on parts and service including motors.

Baka nakaengage po yung brakes nya. Everytime po na magoopen kayo ng lid make sure to press the pause. Para gumana po ang mechanism sa brakes

Hi Dessery, not fully dry but close to, mga 85-90%. Hang your clothes for atleast 6hrs then tuyo na. Hope it helps!

No, spin speed is at 740rpm with stainwash technology. It still does a great job of cleaning the clothes, if yung ang concern mo :)
