I can't get the ElementHost to list the WPF User Library on the project, i've tried this exactly as you did, and mutiple other tutorials explaining the same steps, and i just can't get it to show up on the list so that i can add it.

Is it possible to use the wpf controls directly on Winform without putting it into a user control? It would be nice for composite user control. The reason is all of its properties of standard wpf control must be re-exposed to user control level in order to configure it on WinForm. it would be too much work unless there is a really need for a such a wpf control such as composite control. Thanks

Thanks for the video. Any idea or examples how to expose the wpf textbox keypress event to the win form. E.g. so when the wpf text box is typed in, the winform can capture that event. :)

hi Sam.. rename the onClick-event in WPF from protected to public then you will see it at winforms

You said Office 2016. There's 2 things wrong about that statement. First, the application you are using is called "Microsoft Visual Studio". Second, you claimed that it was the Community 2016 version, Microsoft never released a 2016 version of Visual Studio, they built (in order) 2013, 2015, and 2017. So you should've said "Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition" NOT "Office Community 2016"
