Yes! 💯 I've learned over time that there's constructive and destructive anger. Most of us are afraid bc we aren't aware of the difference (used to have panic attacks whenever I felt anger bc it felt I was losing control of myself/body)... Anger is our natural ability to take our power back! You don't have to be aggressive (that's destructive), but you can use it as fuel to focus and ask for your needs to be met and/or set boundaries 💯

I watched your video and want to report back on applying this. I was "stuck" in a very dark, depressing loop of unwanted and bad manifestations and feeling like I had to meekly accept what was going on to trust that the light at the end of the tunnel would come, but it never did. The only thing I had left is to actually become angry. So I did and I proclaimed "NOBODY is bothering me". And literally the next morning people left and they were in a hurry too. It was a totally new emotion for me, as it felt dangerous to be that powerful, but I'm on an incredible manifesting path again due do your advice. Thank you for giving this freely to the community!

Such q coincidence. Just a few min ago I was screaming "F.., I don't have and will not do anything to be treated the way I should be treated! I was born worthy recieving all these thing!". U can use any emotion and channel them into the direction u wanna go Agreeeeeeee!!! That love and high vibe only crap can be a hindrance to manifesting bc ur in resistance to ur experience and urself. How do u wanna use ur power if ur resisting ur very own experience. Emotions are one of the most powerful forces so stop denying them. Harness them. Reminds me also of wrathful yidam practice in Tibetan Buddhism. Using anger to awaken and cut through BS.

I'm a mom too, I have two sons. Time to get angry, put on your angry mama hat, and say that you will not be treated this way. Like Genevieve says, that's what it is to have boundaries. I’m also angry at myself for allowing that to happen when I should’ve put up boundaries and refused a dynamic where I abandoned myself. I do love her very much and cherish the good times we shared and the future we planned, but I have been trying to be positive (suppressing anger, resentment, fears, anxiety, the old story etc) in hopes to manifest her choosing me/apologizing/fighting for us to be in a healthy relationship without success obviously. She did offer a friendship and I said no to that so I’m proud of establishing that boundary. We are in no contact, but I’m not sure where to go from here. I’m doing the best I can.

I love this bc it is a reminder that the anger moves us out of self pity which can be so powerless and chronic. If we’re angry at least it moves us to somewhere else. Also anger is above the emotions of lower ones on the scale like depression and self hate are so low we don’t make much of anything happen. Anger without complaining too much or let’s switch the thoughts from I don’t have this I don’t like it ( well say this shout it ) then say I will have this I can have this I DO deserve this! I think moving from saying it out loud to damn it let’s change this higher self! And start saying I deserve love and I am going to allow it come back in. Anger is like a catalyst for change it’s the Phoenix from the ashes 🔥 🐉 and women can be down right shocking and amazing with this energy

I use anger and frustration as a reminder of what I don’t prefer(boundaries), then I get back into a state of calm when I reflect on the nonsensical nature of the thought and even some experiences. When I changed my beliefs to being highly valuable, I naturally started gaining respect from others and those around me know my boundaries because I transform the anger into effective communication. To be honest, when you don’t fear any situation or challenge, you easily get through because that’s actually part of the fun of integrating the negative and positive aspects of life, that’s part of your story and evolution in this life.

Being angry is powerful, but there is a big difference between righteous anger and selfish anger. Don’t be angry at yourself or another person. Be angry that your past programming is keeping you from manifesting the situation you want. Anger is a difficult thing to master when manifesting. It requires a lot of mindfulness as well as a lot of the other techniques she teaches. Anger by itself is dangerous, but constructive anger can be useful.

Such a powerful message! 🤯🔥 Around the 12 minute mark, you spoke about not accepting versions of our SP that aren’t what we truly want, essentially not accepting crumbs. Here’s my question: If we’re manifesting an SP to go from only friends to romantic, should we disengage if they’re just being casual friends? I imagine that would be confusing to them if we haven’t stated that we want more. They may just think the friendship is dead. How do we make that shift without “settling” for an old reality that doesn’t fulfill our ultimate desire?

He uses his anger to challenge with past constant self defeating behaviors and patterns to achieve so much in life. It attacks the comfort mechanisms we have that make us fail and throws us into focused and intent action.
