Why is that user's manual has no information on how to use? No description on any of the dials, settings or how to set the warmer, clock and so on?

Go on line. They are too cheap to print them out. Go to manufacture of stove and find number of appliances on side of oven door and input information for more instructions.

Hold longer? Try pressing harder? Check if door closing completely or dried food in way? Unplug stove and wait three minutes and replug for reset. A few ideas.
