I've run out of freezer bags to put food in (which I intend to eat). Are these recyclable bags safe to use for storing food in?

I didn't think you can put meat, seafood and milk products in the compost because of attraction of pests

Contact the Belfast City Council in N. Ireland. They don't seem able to source these bags.

Just use a normal bin bag and throw it in normal bin

In my council they don't take the bins away of they can tell you put food in it. Plus in the summer there are so many flies here that even if you manage to hide the food, the maggots the flies create will give it away 😳
