Hi @F13-p2x No, you need to be in the same network as HCAC desktop client to login and utilise in-app admin features or self-service.

Hi @fyufif-i8i Need to login HCAC Web Client, under "Person" tab, "Basic Information" when adding a person, can enable "Allow Login to Self-Service" option, and set the Employer Self-Service Password. When logging in, will need both Employer ID and the Employer Self-Service Password.

Hi @tharindustarlin3332 IP address of the server needs to be the IP address of the PC used to install HCAC software in, you can obtain them through command prompt and with ipconfig command.
