How to Vectorize Image into Vector with Inkscape Trace Bitmap

So what would you recommend for more complex images? I’m trying to convert images to svg’s to design 3D printed light boxes. I am running into issues with outlines not connecting fully when I move over to fusion 360

For more complex images, I'd go with Illustrator or Vectorizer.ai but these are paid tools. I made another video comparing 3 auto-trace tools that could be relavent. It's called: Don't Miss: Vectorizer.AI vs Inkscape vs Illustrator - Which is Superior?

If you had used the "Stack" option when tracing the ski googles, it would have generated a much better result. The "smooth" option also helps a lot.

What about an image that is highly detailed ? vectorize it without losing the quality of colors.

When you vectorize a highly detailed image, you will lose quality for sure.

What do you mean? Most image will lose quality by using a vectorizer. AI or not. If you're going to vectorize, it's probably better to use simpler images.

No problem. To fix a low quality pixelated image, I would use an AI photo enhancer. Something like Topaz Photo AI, Hitpaw Photo AI, Luminar AI, maybe Photoshop, or alternatives, etc.
