What don't understand is why do see the email address but when I try to verify the account I get sent a number code to help with the verification but I go messages and I don't see anything at all. And then when I typed in the password associated with the email address I got told that it wasn't the correct password and even though I created a new one I still can't get into the account via spectrum mobile phone account. If I have create a new password I need to be allowed to get into the account because I have went through the steps to get in. If you're not going to allow people to do verification online then you should just stop sending me codes that can't be seen or accessed and just say that everything has to be done in person only at a retail store.
