Ty, this helped but i have a tip. I use my right hand for vert, wall run and my front hand for running. And i think its easier to make small circle motions with my hand pointing to the left and a little slant, if you use left hand point your hand to the right and slant.

Actaully you should keep your hand closer to you and at a position that’s Comfortable for you and you should be flicking your wrist and a oval motion is really bad for verticalling
