Really nice video. Great overview. I had forgotten how helpful TranslatorX is and had just been using the RTMT to dig through these files.

Great video, would like to know how I can learn/understand logs from Cisco video endpoints (identify issues, call drops, possible HW issues, etc.) if there's anything you recommend either video or website?

Unfortunately not... you have to parse those manual as far as I know. Grep for "error" and "warning" perhaps...

For some reason, when I drag in my folder, just like your CUCMCallTrace folder (not zipped) it processes the files, says it's opening them (which are .txt.gz files) but throws an error. I do have include sub folders included. The error is that it doesn't see any messages in the logs but I can open an individual file an see called/calling info ... ?

Nice software! Man, it sure would be awesome if TranslatorX could pull the files directly from the cluster using AXL or something
