we didnt do much to acclimatize to the altitude lol people told us not to eat too much the first day or we would get sick but we were too hungry lol. We feasted that first meal when we got there and luckily didn't feel sick. We had these altitude pills that we got from the airport and we're not sure if that's why we didn't get sick or if we just got lucky. But besides that, we really didn't do much

Great Video!! A few questions: do they accept USD or only SOL? Which purchases can be made by CC and is it recommended? Would you advise to have a night at Aguas Calientes? how much effort does the 2.5-hour climb take?

We paid in mostly card honestly. But when we needed to pay for certain things like souvenirs, we paid in their currency cash yes. As for a night in Aguas Calientes, it would be nice if you wanted to take it easy and not have such a busy day yes. And the route we did was super super easy! As for the other ones I know there are more difficult ones but as long as you don’t do the multi day Inca trail, you should be fine :)
