Medical reports are Mandatory to only those who are sick or with medical issue. The main reason for a medical report is that after the sick prayed upon, they'll surely heal. So when they come back to church some time after...to testify for their healing by the wonderful work of God, they'll have to show the previous medical docs showing proof of what they suffered from and new medical docs showing that they nolonger suffer the same illness after prayers by the Man of God. In Other words, there is serious healing and deliverance at the Kakande Ministries. Nothing to stage!
