This how I do it. Remember as a child when pretend played. I do that. I don’t deny the way things are. I let that go. Like I want to see my grandkids. I just pretend I am hugging them. Not upset about it not happening at that moment just pretending.

Well I have summary of how to manifest 1. Choose what you want in your life exactly (don't differentiate big or small) 2. Construct an event about in detail 3. Relax yourself and play your desire in the imagination I.e - if you want a job in specific company instead of imagining the selected in interview imagine that you are now handshaking with the company CEO or senior official on your joining date don't focus yourself how the person look like what type of dress he wear what the objects placed on his table just focus highly on handshake only 4. Loop it until you get solid feel of your hand inside of that company CEO or higher officials hand 5. Enjoy the scene (you must be doesn't care about how and when i.e - you need to be free mindset for example if I get the job happy incase I wouldn't not the problem is the no care mentality you must have it) 6. Sleep in the same mentality you will see the results

I visualized a brand new truck recently. Here's the kicker, it belongs to my in laws. I quieted my mind and closed my eyes and pushed the start button on the engine, and drove my new truck. I wasn't specific as to the type of truck, but I knew it was a brand new truck. I saw the interior, and smelled the new car scent, and I heard and felt the gentle rumble of the engine. Two days later, my wife tells me that her sister and husband are leaving their brand new truck at our house for a week while they're on vacation. We will also be watching their three kids while they're away. I laughed, and said to myself that the universe definitely has a sense of humor. Another kicker.... a few weeks ago when they came and parked their brand new truck in our driveway I said within myself that I am worthy of owning and driving that truck. Crazy. My takeaway.... be specific in your visualization. Take it from a former skeptic, It most definitely works!

Hello Joshua! I have a question about visualization. My whole life I've heard people talk about visualization. I never saw pictures. Sometimes colors that would vary with swirly patterns, but not pictures or anything tangible. Occasionally when I dream I remember seeing scenes or people, but not during meditation or manifesting exercises. So recently I found an article about aphantasia ... and I said, ah ha! There's a name for it! But nothing answers the question about whether you have to SEE what you want to be able to manifest it. Everyone refers to, you have to see it happening. Or, you need to visualize what you want as though it's real. Well ... as much as attempt to, I "see" nothing. I use pictures all around my home, but still do not see it when I'm meditating, with my eyes closed, on my dreams and desires. Is this hindering my manifestations?
