How to void a refund voucher on www.tickettailor.com
1. Head to 'Promote'.
2. Select 'Voucher codes'.
3. Select the tab called 'Refund voucher codes' to view a list of all of your voucher codes.
4. Use the three-dot menu to select 'Void'.
5. Select the button called 'Void voucher code' to cancel your refund voucher.
