Where did you find models for vpuppr? I can't find anything in either the vrm blg or gltf format.
@RoboNTuxGuides2 күн бұрын
vpuppr should work with the VRM format. The 3D model you saw in this video was the very same file simply used across different applications. No additional modifications where made to make it work in vpuppr.

How did you get game capture to work in obs on linux?
@RoboNTuxGuides2 ай бұрын
That is actually a plugin called OBS Vulkan Capture: github.com/nowrep/obs-vkcapture even that it is called Vulkan Capture it does also work with OpenGL.

How did you get warudo running on Linux? Did you use wine? As far as I know, even if use wine, get an error.
@RoboNTuxGuides2 ай бұрын
As explained in the video. Simply download it via Steam and it will run with Proton out of the box

@@user-qu3uv9wh4d All good. In that case I might repeat a few things about Warudo here in text form as well. As it is easier to get this into a translator :D If you plan on using your Webcam for face tracking in Warudo you need to apply a few workaround as Wine and Proton have incomplete Webcam support. If you plan on using your Phone then you can simply skip this comment entirely. First download "Facetracker" from flathub as it will act as the actual face tracking application and then transmit the tracking data to VSeeFace. Which then converts the tracking data to the VMC format which then can be used by Warudo. Therefore install VSeeFace as well. It should work right away using Wine and tell VSeeFace to use "OpenSeeFace Tracking" as this will make it capturing the tracking data from the running Facetracker app. Then inside VSeeFace go to Settings -> General Settings and enable "Send data using OSC/VMC protocol" In Warudo add a VMC reciever and configure the avatar to react on pose and face tracking data from the added VMC receiver. I hope this helps. If you have any further questions or need some more detailed guidance feel free to ask.

I think spout 2 works on linux
@KyloNeko2 ай бұрын
Because vtube studio has it and it should work with obs on Linux since it has very little overhead
@RoboNTuxGuides2 ай бұрын
Spout and Spout 2 seem to be a set of Windows exclusive APIs which might not be implemented with Wine or Proton. Also I was not able to find a Linux compatible Sprout 2 Plugin for OBS Studio in order to verify this. While there is support on Linux to share frames of video applications on the GPU on Linux (Specifically with Wayland and Vulkan) it might be possible for someone to implements support for Wine with spout but I was not able to find something which is available as of now.
