Working out is also a big one for me, I need to start doing that again because I know from past experience just how much better it can make me feel. 5:55am gives "i needed 5am in my video but it's not practical to get up that early". I'm a 5:30am, no-choice, bill are paid before 6am person. it's not healthy for me. i dont like it because i want to be up to 2am and sleep to 10am. because that's my natural. get up as close to your natural time as possible. structure your day around that as much as possible. productivity doesn't have to be early in the morning. my clients are up in the morning, so so am i. but i'm most productive at 8pm. so y'all, make your life work for you. early isn't better and isn't best. dont follow an influencer. it's not real, and it doesn't have to be you.
