सर मै कभी भी सुबह 7 तक नही सोया ना कभी रात 12 तक जागा ..…... क्योंकि मेरे पिताजी मुझे बचपन मे हमेशा सुबह उठाकर एक ही बात कहते थे कि सुबह की हवा लाख रुपए की दवा🙏

Sir mai aapko dil se shukriya kehna chahta hu aapne meri life change kr di hai . Mai kaafi time se aapko follow kr rha hu aapko sun rha hu or dheere dheere implement bhi krta jaa rha hu .. Mai pichle 5 saal se po*n and m*sterb*tion addict tha or puri trah khud ko useless feel krta tha but ab mai subah uthkar 2 hours walk + running krta hu , or proper diet pe dhyaan deta hu , kachra dekhna or kachra khana maine bilkul band kr diya hai . Mai bahot lucky hu sir jo aap jaise guru ko follow krne ka moka mila hai . Bahot bahot shukriya sir hmara hame darkness se nikalne ke liye ♥️♥️ Lots of love you guruji ♥️

अगर आप भरपूर नीद नहीं ले सकते है तो कोई भी काम नहीं कर सकते हैं। शरीर नीद की कमी को पूरा करने के लिए जान की भी बाजी लगा देती है देखते नहीं कितने ही ड्राइवर चलती गाड़ी मे पलक झपकाये और गाड़ी कही और भिड़ गई । भरपूर नीद, भरपूर आहार, भरपूर व्यायाम और भरपूर स्वाध्याय यही तो कुंजी है।

जीवन में कभी भी सुबह उठना हो तो हमेशा उठने का उद्देश्य रहना चाहिये। बिना उद्देश्य के उठोगे तो 2 - 4 उठ जाओगे। 4 दिन बाद फिर से देर तक सोओगे। इसलिए सुबह उठने से पहले उठने का लक्ष्य तलाश करो और उठ कर उस लक्ष्य पर काम करो। 👌👍👍

Mein morning mein bina kisi problem ke 5:30am par uth jata hu phir 45min meditation & exercise krta hu. Phir 6:30 am se padta hu around 8:30am phir uske baad bht zyada neend aati hai agar galti se neend lag gyi toh phir sidha 11:00am tak neend khulti h 😢😢😢

Sir मेरे लिए कोई उपाय बताएं,, पड़ते वक्त नीद/नीद के झटके आते है,, मे and libbireri के 25% लडको को नीद आती है😂😂,, उपाय बताए but में आप से प्रेरित होकर regular 30 मिनट सीढ़ी चढ़ता हू,, पसीना .25 लीटर रोजाना निकल जाता है अभ मुझे सीडी चढ़ते चढ़ते 10 day Ho Gaye hai 💪 नीद का opaye बताए,,sir riplly का इंतजार रहेगा ❤❤ इस पर एक सेसन भी लेले पड़ते समय नीद kiyo aati hai ❤🙏🏾🙏🏾

Oh behan Mai neet online batch se Hu yakeen ,2.0 Mai live lecture na leke recorded leta Hu subah 3 baje uth ke SAB Kuch Karke 4 baje tak study ke liye baith jata Hu kal Jo karogi uska datesheet aaj hi Bana liya Karo to jayda achha rahega 9baje pm rat ko so jao at least routine me 6 hrs ki self study to honi hi chahiye ❤❤
