2h.30minutes sleep is mandatory yoga ke according but if you want without sleep one day still possible Mabharat main Arjun ek raat bhi so nehi rahata raat bhar practice Kara RahatA My experiments i sleep 12-15hrs minimum But now I have changed 4.30h Even I can Manage 2 hours But need certain types of environment and diet fresh air
