Alright, to the people noticing that people stare at them. No they don't think you are crazy. Only you think that because you are not used to being a leader. Let me explain. Simply walking up straight with a good posture is huge. Even scientists have ascertained the mental and physical benefits of this. It increases serotonine and testosterone. And this affects your mind, your mind affects your body language. And people will pick up on this subconsciously. Walking with charisma and presence attracts eyes, that is a simple fact and the definition of having presence. People know you are present, simple as that. Yes it is weird at first because you are not used to it. You may even feel like a fraud. But let me tell you, walking like this and getting eyes is not bad. That is the reality of being a leader and charismatic. Get used to it and more importantly stay grounded and humble.
