This was so helpful. I would love to see a video showing how to walk when wearing flats and how to maintain good posture. I am very new to your channel so you may have done these videos and I haven't found them. I also agree with Pamela a video on how to enter and exit a car and SUV or truck would be excellent.

What to do with your arms/hands while walking? A friend pointed out that I bend my left elbow, with the left hand hanging at the wrist, which makes me appear older. I am trying so hard to break this habit! When I hang my arms at my side, it feels unnatural. Help please!

Ally Katt you let them gently ‘sway’ around you. Your arms should orbit your body and not swing back and forward. The reason most people, like you, don’t like hangin their arms at their sides is because the feel uncomfortable and want to take on a ‘protective’ body language position.
