How to WALL SPIN (intermediate parkour tutorial)

The wall spin is one of the easiest flips to learn, but it is also one of the most unique moves in parkour/freerunning. We teach beginners how to do a wall spin toward the end of our intro program at Apex School of Movement. While most beginners can get it on a slanted wall, mastering this move on a vertical wall can be tricky. Watch this tutorial for a step by step guide on how to do a wall spin.
