the white cap is just a $1.00 wave cap. and Yes these(cheap wave caps) leave marks on your forehead. The black one was an annie stretch cap. More than likely it will not leave mark.

Instead of adding the oil to the clay (as the clay will end up pulling that from your hair aswell) just use it after you have rinsed out and are about to rag up. When i do this usually i dont even put hella product in that night i just oil and moisturize, rag up and go to bed. Next mormomg after everything as gotten deep in my roots ill add my pomade

Hurricane Henry I got a health food store that sells bentonite at $1.59 per ounce and the same Braggs vinegar you got. Extra virgin olive oil and instead of water use aloe vera juice with a splash of coconut milk. Seems to keep it softer and easier to rinse out. If you ever do it and then do a deep conditioning right after you rinse it out it seems to straighten the hair and make the waves a little wider and the lay down is crazy
