The missing Hip&Ridge cap half way down on some of those shots is a perfect example of why hiring roofing companies who also wash roofs is better than hiring pressure washing companies for this job. The amount of exposed fasteners and broken pipe boot collars I see guys washing over is another.

First time i've ever heard of someone not using surfactant on a house wash and the reason (but I'm fairly new to this myself). The water is probably just a leaking hose, may need a clamp tightened or replaced

I have a question for you. I’ve been looking for some advice on this. I’m a carpenter by trade, but would like to get involved with washing. I need to come up with a company name. Do you think I should use my last name and then services? I don’t want to exclude myself from one trade or the other. I want to be found on Google so I think the name is important . I don’t know much about keywords and things like that being I’ve never said anything up, but it has been on my mind and obviously I’d like to do it right the first time.
