Janae---great video, you hair looks great!!! I purchased the Swirly Curly Hair Ties in Dec 2019 and 2 broke in the beginning of March; before I could receive the replacements another one broke. They had no problem replacing them but it's just the fact they broke so soon and I had to pay shipping/posting to return them. They do have a lifetime warranty but I am not down with the $5 postage to return everytime they break. Stay safe!!!

K Shanice no don’t use regular conditioner as a leave in, it will cause build up because it’s meant to be rinsed out. Buy something targeted as a leave in!! I love the shea moisture jamaican black castor oil leave in and the Giovanni direct leave in (: xxx
