As far as I understand, unless you have a jailbroken iPhone you’re not able to download extensions and add them onto the Safari browser and it might still not work on a MacBook on a PC or a Linux or maybe even any other pretty much besides Mac OS. Mac may work but they patch it a lot when it comes to sec and uncovering or unblocking.
