How to wax a boat with a buffer / polisher

So are you using same wax, making 3 passes with different foam pads, with 2 micro-fiber bonnets, 1 for 1st 2 passes, and a new one for the finish coat ?

correct, same wax, several light layers.

I noticed your shot of water spots. Don’t you ever wipe your boat down with 50/50 vinegar and water ? Or did you just leave it for video purposes ?

No I have never used vinegar/water mix. I don't wipe it down after boating. I usually wax it once a year, that's about it :-)

What speed were your running on the polisher? Did you keep it the same for all the pads?

OBTW: Im using your exact setup with the polisher, pads and wax. Ironically I have a Horizon 170

It’s a good little boat. Yeah I was running mid speed on all pads.
