In a pinch,you can even use that flex seal stuff. It worked well for me.

Hey man !!! This video seriously helped me out !! I recently gotten a modded squier guitar that had SD invaders on them and they were very microphonic when put trough heavy gain. When I saw that pot wax can help the pickups, I did what the video showed and it worked !! I just wanna say thanks and keep up the good work man👍 I’ll definitely subscribe to you ‼️

You should heat your pickup and let the wax cooling a bit before putting the pickup out to make sure it doesn't flow out

Instead of foil, buy a box of crockpot liners at the grocery store. Your wife will thank you, because she'll never have to clean the crockpot again.
