Hi Pallavi This is called as Daab or Daabu in Karnataka I think in Hindi it is called as Kamar patta or Kamarband u will get it in gold, silver and imitation one. Also u will get it on rent in different beautiful designs (imitation one) in Karnataka. This is very common in south India. Especially during festivals and marriage parties many women n girls wear this for saree, half saree and lahenga blouse as well.

Hello ma'am. I really like the way you teach. Even the difficult draping becomes easy😊. I am from Karnataka and one of the famous saree types here is Ilkal saree which is usually a 9 yards saree. This saree is usually used for kashta type draping. Pls make a tutorial for kashta type draping using ilkal saree. Thank you in advance 😊.
