How to weave a two-corner flax kete out of harakeke flax

In this instructional video I demonstrate how to weave a small 12-piece flax kete bag/container. I pay particular attention to the corners [3:40] and a simple lock off [8:49].

This is my favourite flax to weave - its a medium sized purple flax that dries a silvery colour.
It is soft and easy to weave.
This is freshly cut so it has not dried. It will have gaps when dried as the flax shrinks with water loss. Some people prefer to dry the flax then re-soften it and weave so they avoid gaps. I just prefer weaving soft fresh flax and I like the gaps.
I am left-handed.
