How to Weave a Willow Basket - Part 1, The Bottom

The following is the first of a two-part video series on traditional french basketry with Lionel Demandre (my dad). Lionel has been weaving baskets for over 40 years and aims to share this beautiful trade with as many people as possible. It depends on where you’re located, but if you google basketry willow you should be able to find some online.
