From experience pristine whipping cream is light and doesn't fill the heavier cakes well. It kinda collapses. Ambiante has more stability but is slightly pricier. Milk based cream stability can be controlled by varying icing sugar but as you said, it is more difficult to deal with. 1 litre of happy cow cream goes for about 650 Bob & is the cheapest. I have only found the 1 litre at Chandarana, other supermarkets have at most the 500ml

Hey! You’re welcome. Unfortunately you’d have to dilute it with more unwhipped cream. What I’d advise you to do, if you want to get pink, use the 4r red velvet color. Its super pigmentated so you’d only use very little for pink. Also thaaanks😂😂I’ll keep talking for sure!

How can you store the chocolate drip coz i know when you put it in the fridge it gets thicker

Hey! Put it in the fridge and microwave for 10-15 seconds then use it. Alternatively, put the bottle in hot water for a minute, shake and use it again. Getting the bottle makes it easier to store and reheat when you need it!

Hey! Between soft and high peaks. If its too soft it won’t stand, if its as hard as the one in the video, the icecream will be gritty.
