HOLY SHIT I FIGURED IT OUT!! Ok SO- the images were NOT helpful at all but you absolutely have to block off any air from coming out of your upper lip, it all has to go through your bottom lip. I just kept adjusting my fingers till my upper lip was blocked and from there adjusted everything else till I heard what eventually sounded like a hiss, then somewhat like a whistle, and then I finally got it. Just keep trying yall! If I finally figured it out after I don't even know how many years, you definitely can too! Never give up on the whistle >:3
