Daahir jimcaale dhegataag. 1.0. A doctor in the USA has explained that the salts cannot be used for tooth cleaning. 2.0. The salts wash out the enamel of the teeth 3.0. Secondly the doctor has stated that the baking soda can not be used more than one time. 4.0. If the baking SODA is used for teeth whitening it can washout the enamel. 5.0. I belief what the doctor in the USA states is absolutely correct and can not be used for tooth cleaning and whitening. 6.0. They recommended the use of oil such as the coconut oil and sesame oil for tooth pulling of the bacteria.

I read that hydroxyapatite toothpastes tend to be less effective than nano hydroxyapatite toothpastes. Have you heard about nano hydroxyapatite? What do you think about it?

That's what people say but nano hydroxyapatite is known to cross the blood brain barrier and case all sorts of problems. There also is come research about glycerin (which most toothpastes have) that mentions it blocking the tubules and making it impossible to remineralize. My tooth powder has no glycerin and 200nm (15%) hydroxyapatite--this is considered micro hydroxyapatite, it's safe, and has been proven to be effective. Excited for you to try it!

Toothbrushes do nothing they’re garbage it’s the baking soda that whitens for me perfectly and yes it’s abrasive but that’s exactly what removes plaque so I only use it once in awhile and then of course I pick the plaque out myself. I had metal fillings and when I removed them there was metal grey color absorbed pretty deep past the filling, they are porous, I think of white granite they will absorb stain , also my teeth absorbed all that smoke from cigarettes. But yes it is proabably an ad, question is does it work, I’ve heard mixed things about hydroxyapatite some say that it won’t absorb, also if you brush with minerals for 5 min but your mouth is acidic for 23 hours a day the minerals def won’t help, saliva naturally reminerlizes when the mouth is healthy it has a naturally high ph
