Great video! I heard about "Kizzy Parks" from a random podcast and then forgot the name. Randomly stumbling and having followed Richard Howard for some time, I was overjoyed. This is seriously good stuff. Keep it up!

Oh my God, here everything is different, a brief mention of the conversation is that market research can make you a winner of the contract before the application is submitted.

Good morning Kizzy can you please answer my questions, I know you are busy and your time is so valuable. There's a lot of people advertising on KZbin the middle man strategy on government contract, they claim that we can bid on a contract and hand it over to the subcontractors without really doing the job, we do just the administration part, is this really a good idea, if it's not what you suggest. Thank you very much.

@@KizzyParks no cage code yet, I've created my LLC couple days ago and watch your video on how to register in sam. gov and i did, I'm stuck at entity evaluation process, but that middle man strategy shows that we can dive in other fields, let say my LLC is for plumbing, I can bid on janitorial using past performance of the subcontractor and add up my money on top of the sub pricing, if i win i hand over 100% of the work to the sub. That's what has been promoted.
@Adam11580 Жыл бұрын
Because i did read that most of the contract includes clauses set a limitation on subcontracting and we have to do 15% of the job as a prime contractor, indeed some people claim that they did 0% of the job after winning the contrat and made money. I'm so confused

@@Adam11580 if it’s under $250,000 you can sub out 100% and if it’s above that you can but your subs need to be similar situated so minority owned small businesses can sub to another minority owned or small business to small business. But you should always read the contracts the money is made between the lines

@@gjs9551 do you know where can i learn all these things for free, i mean especially the middle man strategy, how to handle contracts and the administration work? Any suggestions? Thanks a lot.

I was offered a contract with the department of defense and I really don't understand what to do or if I should take the contract

Interesting. Did you bid on it? Why are you reluctant?

Aren't you guys teaching everyone how to do this creating more competition for yourselves when you bid on contracts?
@alaniz19815 ай бұрын
You overestimate people following through or their interest in doing this. There are also so many factors that impact bid considerations beyond just someone submitting. also consider there are multiple options that can be pursued and to worry about a run for people government contracting is a waste of energy.I just focus on winning and not on potential competition or barriers. That mentality otherwise will be a barrier to your pursuit.

That’s competition for you. Plus there is supposedly 40,000 contracts added each week for us to bid
