Mock trial competitions are great learning tools. Although there are some lawyers who may never have to step one foot inside of a courtroom, the reality is that at some point most lawyers will. Also, You can almost rest assured that if you step inside of a courtroom unprepared, the opposing counsel will be.

I'm a fan of your videos, they've helped me in my mock trial class a lot. In fact my teacher even showed us one during class! However, this video is all just the basics that if someone is doing a mock trial should know. You should make a more in depth video.

I have a Mock trial on Friday, I am the Prosecutor against the White Star Line for faults which could have encouraged the sinking of Titanic (I'm 12) But the offender is a complete Idiot and I will win for sure.

I'd like to see a mock trial conducted based on the information in the Aimed At America 1 video and the Aimed At America 3 video. The court would witness too many parallels against America for an impartial juror to rule that America is not guilty of being the prime suspect described in the Bible.

@xXiluvteresaXx it's easy just study what you need for whichever side your team has been given. If you're the witness of the prosecutorial side, then when you are examined just give them detailed stories that help the case, when you are cross examined try to avoid answering directly and waste as much time as possible (but don't get the judge angry at your philandering) Were you there? I was talking to my friend rachel and she said she wanted to go there but I didn't so we argued for a while ...

Im still really sad and dissapointed from a few months ago when my team didnt make it to state we really thought we made it and the worst part was that the other 7th and 8th grade team made it and they had the same time to practice material and coach and they made it and we didnt. We really thought we won we did a really good job me and another girl who is my friend actually cried when we didnt hear our team code the worst part is that the last team that made itq code satarted with a U and ours did too and we were so happy when they called the other team we had because it was like we were all one big team playing seperatly😢😟😟 i still cry about that

Oh no, I won, By a mile. My opponent didn't know a thing about court and if anything he helped my case! He didn't know what he was talking about and was blaming himself for what he done!
