How to Win as Juliana in "DEATHLOOP" PvP | 15 Multiplayer Tips

I'm rank 44 as Julianna... RNG gave me six of each legendary weapon but none of the trinkets and no Ghost. I've only ever been one-shottable. Think it'll feel like turning easy mode on when any of the survivability trinkets finally drop xD I'll add tips for Juliannas: 1) Place mines ABOVE Colt. The game trains you to scan the ground for mines. Colts often miss mines placed above doorways or on low ceilings. 2) Don't follow Colt into a building the same route he takes. It's so easy for him to get you with mines placed next to the entry. 3) Bring the nailgun with Echolocator perk. Fire it around you to check for invisible Colts. Use it to ping Colts and alert Eternalists. 4) Close windows, especially around the antenna. And some specific ones like the one Charlie's standing next to at noon in Updaam, cuz he can be sniped. Block paths for Colt to funnel him where you want. 5) You WILL face terrible rubberbanding with bad connections because the game is peer-to-peer, and Colt is always the host network. When you run into this, you WILL lose gunfights. So when you're facing a player with a bad network, try playing patiently with mines, turrets, and leaning on the Eternalists to actually secure kills.

Thanks for the info, and I gotta add something. We all say that Julianna is strongest with the element of surprise, but in reality the true strength is being able to deal damage where Colt isn’t. The whole point they broadcasted Julianna being cunning and sniping Colt is because that’s where Julianna does best: Unnoticed, unaffected, and able to KILL Colt. It’s one of the reasons my main Julianna build relies on glass canon stacking perks to kill Colt. The damage is INSANE! 1 full shot from any shotgun is 99% of the time an instakill! Trust me, I have nothing against survivability perks, nor this video. I just want to share my amazing experience with GC perks. Another thing forgotten to mention is the slab disruption sentries. These things not only kill your active abilities, but Colts reprise too! So on the missions where these can be found (Complex) USE IT! The 1 shots against these Colt’s were a lot easier as it takes Colt’s 3 chances and turns it into 1. Making trades even MORE viable. Other then those 2 points, the video was basically perfect. I'd highly recommend using the echolocation nail gun as J. As you said in the video Colts will often use Aether Ghost to guarantee get the jump on you. However echolocation nails will reveal colt when he's invis preventing this from being as effective. Additionally being able to check corners like this safely is a godsend. You should bring it every game.

Good video some tips I’d suggest is learn turret placements on the maps taking them and moving them to an objective can be extremely good. And you can refill sapper charges with the ones already on the map I suggest putting land mines at choke points and door entries. I always place a lot of turrets and mines around a visionary or satellite. Also based on the map I will sometimes concede satellite and go straight for a visionary defense. Updaam, Karl’s Bay and Wenji Complex I do visionary defense the others I go Satellite defense.

You can also hold a turret while invisible and deploy a sneaky turret on him to initiate an ambush.

Question if I play this on my PC will I lag or play smoothly with a great Ram and Specs? Because I’m having Lagging issues on the xbox series X like I played as Juliana and every time I move forward she goes back like lagging

Hm I think that issue may be temporary hopefully. There may need to be some ironing out but tbh arkane are not the best netcoders imho. So sometimes connections are just janky. I played on ps5 tho

Any idea why I can't get into a match? Every time I go to Protect the Loop and select Invade Random, I stare at the Matchmaking icon for thirty minutes and nothing happens. What gives?

I think there're two big problems with the matchmaking.. 1 they set it to single player to default, so most Colts cannot be invaded and 2 (I am guessing) most people who haven't beaten the game yet play offline... 30 minutes is a long time though -- longest I've waited is maybe 10 minutes, but usually around 4-5 minutes works for me

@@LeagueofMilk this is why i play as Colt for pvp. Hard to get matches as Julianna plus i have an OP build and strategy for most maps so i win nearly every time. I end up going against the same Julianna players alot. Meaning there aren't many colts playing with Online.

I have no idea why Juliana gets nexus tbh.. maybe you can link Colt to a enemy and then hurt that enemy to hurt Colt, but that seems pretty pointless and very situational.. I was so bummed that was my starting slab but more come along pretty quickly👍
