Is dorans ring and 3 points in W always the play on Smolder?

The ideal start is dorans blade and max q for most dmg and stacking but ring and w are useful if the matchup is bad

@@Mettorm my only problem with d-blade is that I find myself running oom when getting stacks early. The +1.25 mana regen is quite helpful in mitigating that. And overall, you usually will keep having mana problems early until you actually finish essence reaver. But let me know what you think.

Yeah, I agree dorans ring is basically mandatory for mana for most lanes and players, I sometimes see high skilled players take dorans blade which is why I mentioned it as it is really nice for early dmg and is actually slightly easier to cs with early. Usually the idea is that q doesnt need ring but if you use w or e to often early you'll go oom. @@silberneseele67
