I feel like Plasma deck scores are by far the highest all things equal. To the extent any high score with plasma deck should have an “asterisk” or at least only get compared with other plasma deck scores

THANK YOU for this video my man! In my very first run after watching this and your high score guide video, I was able to finally unlock Stuntman, which I was personally not able to move on with the game with until I unlocked haha. Got a 3.3 billion point hand before the wheels fell off in ante 12. Now for some high card shenanigans with the Stuntman and working my way through gold stake with the other decks besides checkered (which was, frankly, ez mode) Your videos are excellent, you've clearly taken all of Balatro University's lessons and present the info in a very efficient and understandable manner. Liked, subbed, and will be recommending your videos to all my friends who I convince to play! (2, maybe 3 people at the most 😂)

You two are just the clear top 2 content creators on KZbin for Balatro IMO, that's where that comparison stems from, and the video you have talking with him. I remember seeing your videos from the very first launch week, your hair was a little longer then haha. And may have even seen vids from back in the demo days if you made them then, can't remember. Plasma is fun because high score, obviously, but you can also get unique sillier runs like 3 wee jokers and a retrigger runs

Well I have a new PB on my channel using baron/mime. You can last a veryyyyy long time, into the 20s for ante

Keep in mind this kind of leveled up highcard deck also goes hard with Hanging Chad + Photograph. A red seal king would double base mult 4 times. Edit: Just tried it and got to ante 13 then stalled out because I never found a mime or a baron despite having 4 cards in the shop and $1 rerolls

Until I watched this, I didn't 'get' the plasma deck or the value of a high card run. On my first attempt after this, I got to ante 13 (90 billion?), which isn't too bad at all, so thanks for the tutorial.

Did you know on acorn you can click and hold one of your jokers right before it shuffles to know where it is?! I use it to just grab my +mult joker and then drag it over to the left after it’s done shuffling
