How to wire wrap Odd Shaped Rocks

Simple wire wrapping of odd shaped rocks. Basic tutorial using copper wire to wrap natural pebbles irregardless of their shape or size. No measuring required when following the simple instructions to create a pendant. Description of and use of Dixie Belle's gilding wax for jewelry component enhancement.
Supplies needed: (pliers and cutters, bail making pliers)
Odd shaped rock
21 gauge square copper wire
20 gauge 1/2 round wire
Dixie Belle's gilding wax

Ummmmm it’s not really an odd shape, It’s a teardrop shape, I guess it’s a thicker than normal stone/cabochon. It would’ve been good to see the first pendant you wrapped in this video . Some thing out of the ordinary. But thanks for sharing, I’m sure it’ll help somebody.

Thanks for watching the vid, yes it was a really big one on the bottom, extremely thick. Yes, I need to find another really odd one like the other one in that vid. After I wrapped it, I thought darn, I should have taped this one instead. My friend just sent me another pile of rocks to identify, so If i find a better oddy, I will wrap it!
