When you click sell bitcoin and its got the crypto wallet, card wallet and fiat wallet mine just says cash and crypto on sell part not the three options u have on your screen. Ive already activated my fiat and done a deposit and its all approved

You’ll potentially need to input a debit card in order to withdraw as they probably won’t let you withdraw to a credit card 👌🏽 if still issues then reach out to their customer support 😊

Whenever I want to put my money from crypto from selling a coin(to experiment) to withdrawal to my fiat(back into my bank) it keeps showing up all the information to their bank account, I'm doing exactly everything this video is showing but it won't let me deposit £2 from a couple coins i sold(to see if it works) to my bank as the details keep popping up, I've set it up on my bank(halifax) do I have to wait a few days for it to be approved so then I can put money from the app into my bank basically?

it says now ´´due to government regulations, we are not permitted to transfer funds back to your bank account unless you first deposit GBP via FPS network from the same account. Here is how to activate: Deposit any amount of GBP once to register your bank account, and then Deposit Now

With the bank details they give you, you have to go onto your bank account and make a transfer to the bank account. It takes about 10 mins to go through. I just did it now, after about 1 month being pissed off cus I couldn't take my money out.
