Dunamis- ability to create change by praying through. Function of speaking in tongues for a long time to generate energy. Ischyros / Ischus - consistency, stamina, ensures longivity - Ephesians 6:10 Ischus is generated by praying in tongues consistently daily. Exousia - authority based on revelation. Power to expel demons Kratos- dynamic power It is the foundation of truth that has been established in your spirit. It is being one with the word of God, you are so mingled with it that you can’t separate yourself from what God has said. It is the word of God in your spirit perpetually, not just momentarily.

Ischos is generated through daily consistent prayer ( eg praying in the spirit 1 hour every day) and Kratos is being one with the word of God, it is generated by laboring in the word of God perpetually until you become one with the word of God, you become invincible and unshakable because the word of God has become one with you.

While Exousia and Ischus deal with the word, Ischus being consistency in the revelation. In another video he explained that obedience to the word also engenders Ischus
