Hi, I need to understand what and which data I need to implement where in MS project to be able to use EVM methodology, can anybody help with a link to an youtube session for this.

But the graph given by MS Project for these values is very bad. The PV (BCWS) is given in total at the middle of the project. for example if my project ends in Dec, and I am taking the status in April, the BCWS is shown at the total value in APRIL... so it looks falsely as if the project is doing very poorly
