Should be the same as normally rules, once the transaction imports then create the rule

Thank you for the video, Very informative. How do l archive/delete items. I see l cant delete most because they have activity, but we are no longer using the code.

Best is to rename them, add a Z to the beginning, and mark it as inactive

From company settings > General Settings > Item settings you can use " Display inactive Items for selection on document lines" and "Display inactive Items for selection on reports". If you want to block, you can uncheck the check box
