I came to learn how to wrap, and this left me disappointed.

Too much cellophane! Items in the Basket should compliment each other (you have guacamole dip and no chips ?) and be of similar color scheme and basket should not be overloaded from adding the fruit. Save the fruit for a nice fruit basket! One piece of cellophane would suffice for this basket as long as it was big enough which it looked like it was. Just gather ends and secure at the top with tape and tuck under and tape the remaining ends either under or to the inner sides. Use clear tape only as it will not show up as easily as the frosted looking tape. Create a larger handmade bow with 2 inch wired ribbon and attach to the top. Trim any excess cellophane off the top leaving at least 2-3 inches to fluff. That is how I wrap my gift baskets!!
