Me gusta que la explicación sea en ingles para ademas de aprender a escribir una complaint letter cojamos listening.... como aspecto negativo decir que CONVENCIENTE no existe, es convincente.

Thank you a bunch! You have given us the most powerful tips to write a perfect complaint letter. Now it's up to us to find inspiration just at the moment when we have a blank sheet in front of us while the clock is ticking. 😅

The good thing with these kind of letters Cristina, is that you don't really need so much inspiration, as it's more a matter of "memorising" the phrases. In other types of texts (narrative, informal emails, etc), it's more about being creative and more flexible, but formal writings are easier in the sense that if you learn by heart all these expressions and phrases, you have 80% of the writing done. Isn't that amazing?

Hi there, it’s true that it’s a phrasal but if you look closely that phrasal is used in a passive sentence, so the informality is kind of cancelled by the passive structure.
